Who We Are
New Birth Villages Ministries
A California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation committed to strengthening athletes, families, and communities through education, mentorship, and stewardship.
Our Mission
We exist to help athletes and families
navigate opportunity with wisdom instead of pressure. Athletes train for competition —
families rarely train for opportunity. Everything we build, from the Playbook to the
dashboards, is designed to close that gap.
Our Story
The Family Blessing Office™ and The
Premier NIL Playbook™ grew out of years of direct work with athletes and families
facing recruiting, NIL, and the pressures of visibility — without a shared framework for
making decisions together.
What We Value
Stewardship Over Success
We measure impact by stronger families and wiser decisions, not
just wins, NIL deals, or scholarships.
Structure Before Opportunity
Families that build governance in advance make better decisions
under pressure than families improvising in the moment.
Faith & Community
Our work is rooted in service — to athletes, to families, and to
the communities that raised them.
"May every blessing entrusted to us become a blessing for others."
